Water intake: Three to four liters of water a day keeps the skin from looking dehydrated. But most of people donít manage to drink that much water.

Daily workout: Never miss your workout. Usually one and a half-hour of daily cardio activity is sufficient. Brisk walking also helps in keeping the body taut.

Go for lots of green vegetables: Eat variety of vegetarian food especially leafy vegetables likes cabbage and spinach and also tries not to avoid non-vegetarian food.

Eat your breakfast daily: This is the most important meal of the day, so donít miss your breakfast.

Self-control: Take control on yourself not to eat ice cream regularly and avoid creamy drinks, sugar in tea or coffee. Occasionally you can eat cakes or ice creams but donít eat regularly.
